2024年6月7日上午,应九游会邀请,美国加州州立大学CHARLIE LI教授在学院241会议室进行了一场题为“Liquid Chromatography coupled with Mass Spectrometer to accurately determine organic contaminants present in Foods and Dietary Supplements”的学术报告。本次报告由河南省药用植物资源化利用国际联合实验室主任刘绣华教授主持。
报告中,CHARLIE LI针对高精度液相质谱对食品与营养品中微量有机毒素的快速和准确检测中的关键科学问题,总结了近年来国内外在高精度高灵敏度的新型液相质谱的研究现状和进展,分析评述了影响液相质谱对有机毒素检测精度的关键因素,详细介绍了针对液相质谱检测过程中包括新型离子源、分离柱、检测器等器件的优化和开发研究的关键问题和相关技术。最后,展望了液相质谱技术在食品安全领域的应用前景。报告结束后,他与参会师生进行了深入交流,并全面回答了大家提出的问题。
报告人简介:Charlie Li is Professor at University of California, Davis, CA. He obtained his Bachelor degree from Fujian Agricultural & Forestry University in July 1984 and PhD degree in Food Chemistry from Oregon State University in 1994. He then worked as a postdoctoral fellow in food chemistry and biochemistry at the University of California, Davis. Since 2001, he has been engaged in environmental chemistry and food chemistry research at EPA and FDA. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Chemistry and Biology, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since 2014, he has been a professor at the University of California, Davis, mainly engaged in food chemistry, food safety research. Professor Li has published 45 papers (SCI) and has given about 80 different research presentations around the world. His recent research focuses on liquid chromatographs for rapid and precise application in the field of food safety.
